hazardous stairs

poor communication

this place woudl ve been great if the code for entry actually worked. i had to call repeatedly just to check in. then, the stairs? nails were sticking out everywhere, it's a hazard! and honestly, i expected a nice welcome gift considering my 'special' requests. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. shameful!

The self check-in was perplexing and the code system dysfunctional!!! Steep stairs with protruding nails snagged my clothes. A lack of staff presence meant zero help with access issues or communication!!!

I loved the fantastic location, just a stone's throw from restaurants and sights. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the privacy of the mini-kitchen setup. there were some issues like the steep stairs to my room and a lack of proper communication during check-in.
